Shop inner space is very small, can only permit one group of guests for entrance per one time during COVID period. We bought 6 whisky caneles, which only be packed in one paper bag and caneles made bag bit greasy when we got home. Except packing, whisky caneles taste very yummy even after frozen, which outer is crispy, inner is soft and full of caramel/whisky flavors.

購買該店“德式香腸起司”多次，麵包價格稍高，但考量使用的原料"或許"較為安心故不斷回購，於1/13傍晚再次購買“德式香腸起司”，吃的時候焦味十足，翻至背面一看才發現底部疑似烤焦，線上反應給該店，店家表示「是的，法國麵包底部微焦都是正常上色範圍」，但，同時也承諾給我換同品項或折扣於其麵包。 於1/16中午至店內選購法國長棍及香料海鹽，男店員’強調‘底部微焦正常，當下也要求我確認手中法國長棍的底部，感覺真的不是很好，我告訴該名男店員若您們認為這屬微焦正常（如圖一圖二），那也不需要給我更換這90元的麵包了，我就直接買單手上另外的兩款麵包共130元，他也二話不說就收了130元，非常不愉快的消費經驗！ 在此也附上今日買的法國長棍底部（圖三），這才是正常上色範圍吧，吃起來也沒有焦味。照片都是內建相機原圖，同一面牆，同一燈光！！

似乎是宜蘭頗具知名度的烘培坊，位於巷弄內，周圍皆是低矮的民房，一不經意就會錯過，所在位置頗為低調。剛停好車就感到空氣中瀰漫一股麥香，推開店門，一盤盤剛出爐的麵包，說明了空氣中可口香味的來源!!麵包商品擺放方式與一般台式麵包店很不同，現有的商品會陳列在玻璃櫃內，喜歡的品項可告知店員協助夾取，大幅降低衛生顧慮，櫃檯擺放手繪圖文版商品目錄，品項眾多，可諮詢店員麵包出爐時間，以便購買，有任何疑問店員都非常熱情解說介紹!! 一買到香噴噴的麵包，在門口就忍不住開吃，鹽味布里歐及原味布里歐，一咬下便奶油香跟麵香滿溢，麵包體軟中帶有韌性，越嚼越香，吃得出使用原料的用心，真的很值得來品嚐!!商品數量不多，最好先電話預訂以免向隅。

Although the bread I did have was good, I was looking for breads made with wheat flour of whole grains and not bread made with white flour. I hope they can provide healthy breads in the future so I can buy more. And what the passed as a baguette looked more like an Italian loaf as it was way shorter than a baguette and twice the with of a baguette. I'll try again to see if they have more options.
