The line is slow and ice cream pricy, but the Ruby 18 signature red ice cream is worth it. Not too sweet, with a perfectly creamy texture and two crispy little tea cookies, and a perfectly crisp waffle cone. They only specialize in black tea flavors and otherwise have some snacks like preserved plums and egg rolls inside, and a rare kind of melon imported recently from China that is now being grown in places like Taiwan and Vietnam. Tried their Taiyuki puff pastry, both the Black Tea Custard and the Mushroom/Cheese. Great treats especially the custard with a light black tea aroma.

Their Tea 18 is also refreshing light flavored, well suited for the hot summer season. Highly recommend visiting their shop.
