The gas ran out before we even started eating yet. We informed the waitress about the situation and she said someone would sort it out for us soon. However, we waited for over 20 minutes and pressed the service bell for over 5 times but no one came to our table. I do understand that Saturday night is quite a busy time for the restaurant. However, 20 minutes of waiting plus ringing the bell 5 times having no one came to the table is not quite reasonable, especially taking the price of the food here into consideration. A much better quality service should be done when they are charging customers $315 per plate for their cheapest...

Was really not expecting to love this place so much. The cumin hot pot was so unique, really unlike anything I’ve tried before. The standard hotpot was also good. The had the thread rolls (not sure of actual name) that were really different and pretty good. The rice noodles were also excellent. This is definitely a place that I would take someone if they were visiting Taiwan. It is quite expensive for hotpot and the portion sizes are small, so you’ll definitely need to get noodles or rice to fill you up. But it’s a special place, so the price...
