火燒鳥日式居酒屋 — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

Worst food I had in a very long time. Everything fried in the same oil. Cabbage tasted like fish, tofu like fatty old mixed grill oil. Beef stew hardly ever saw a happy beef and the chicken was treated with equal disrespect. I ate only because I felt bad for all the animals once leaving and breathing.

Disgraceful and completely disrespectful towards guests, live stock, and farm produce. Let alone the fact that we overpaid massively (not hard given the low “quality” of this). I am writing this as I am walking home and I feel sick.

They offer a free scallop for 5 star review. Not even the scallop’s predator...

Finally get to try a Japanese Yakitori place in Taiwan! This place has reservations on Google but we were able to walk in and get a seat without too long of a wait around 5:45 pm. There is lots of 4 person table seating and they mentioned that it is usually 500 NT minimum a person. They have high chairs and kids utensils.

Keep in mind that you have to walk a little bit if you are coming from the MRT ZhongSan exit, but it isn’t too hard to find.

The place looks nice and clean and the staff is quite friendly.

Look forward to visit again the next time we visit Taiwan!...

打卡送干貝～～

（用餐心得更新） 用餐時間：2024/03/02（六） 用餐人數：2人 消費金額：$2079 （每個人低消500+10% 會送一小盤毛豆） 事前有先透過評論列出幾樣推薦的菜色 雖說很多人的五星評論都說是因為有送干貝 但實際用餐過後 覺得可以有至少4.3顆星（小扣分是因為空氣中會時不時會瀰漫一股煙味 但因為可能是外面抽菸的人飄進來的 似乎也無法真的排除）

交通便利度還算可接受 附近公車站是南京林森路口站 走路3分鐘 善導寺1號出口走路10分鐘

店內裝潢濃濃的日式風 很喜歡居酒屋擺滿空酒瓶的style 當日用餐也有兩桌日本客人 瞬間真的有到日本的感覺（假出國）

餐點價格上不算便宜或是高CP值 但大部分餐點都蠻好吃的 至少吃起來心情很開心（詳見後續）

上菜速度真的蠻快的 服務人員態度也都很友善 我們點的餐點都上了後 發現店家忘記我們打卡的干貝 他們發現後也馬上幫我們準備

餐點酒水表現（5星滿分） 炒水蓮⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️：處理得很好 一點土味都沒有 搭配香菇、蒜頭炒起來很好吃 真的必點！

泡菜豬五花捲⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️：泡菜包的很飽滿 吃起來很Juicy 夠味

日式炒烏龍⭐️⭐️⭐️：很像吃章魚燒+烏龍麵 口味偏甜

帶皮玉米筍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️：玉米筍的水分都有留住 吃起來有甜味 沾海鹽吃很配

鹽烤松阪豬⭐️⭐️⭐️：搭配生洋蔥、還有一碟特調的醋沾醬 但我覺得配七味粉比較搭 偏有嚼勁 口感普通 價格偏高

椒鹽雞頸肉⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️：個人私心很愛的吃雞頸肉 一般不太容易看到這個品項 但口感Q嫩 搭配簡單的胡椒鹽 兩口就沒了

鹽烤櫛瓜⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️：櫛瓜也是個人私心愛的品項 水份都有留在櫛瓜內 淡淡的鹽巴調味 帶出櫛瓜鮮甜

醬烤鮭魚飯糰⭐️⭐️：有付一片海苔 外皮有鍋巴感 但切開後 裡面有點微乾 鮭魚有點類似魚鬆的感覺 吃起來偏乾 搭配

日式烤麻糬⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️：又是私心很愛的品項 一份兩串 搭配紅豆泥、花生芝麻粉、煉乳 飯後甜點必點

天空之月梅酒⭐️⭐️⭐️：有一本專門介紹酒品的本子 但裡面沒有看到這個項目都介紹 但菜單上有推薦 且評論也有蠻多人推薦 於是嘗試看看 梅酒都配有一顆原型冰塊 容量上偏少 喝起來是一般梅酒 尾韻有一點點蘋果的感覺 跟另一杯蜂蜜檸檬比起來 甜度較低一點

蜂蜜檸檬梅酒⭐️⭐️⭐️：也是評論區推薦 入口後先有蜂蜜味 再來是梅酒味 尾韻才有檸檬感 梅酒本身已經偏甜 加上蜂蜜檸檬甜上加甜的感覺 可以推薦給螞蟻人
