You can scan the QRcode to oder then pay with cash or mobile payments after the meal. It was pretty convenient! You can choose the soup thickness and the softness/hardness of the noodles. I ordered recommend soup and hard noodles. How delicious it was!
Spicy tonkotsu ramen was awesome! The combination of grilled chashu (pork), wood ear mushroom, green onion and nori were perfect! The broth of black garlic tonkotsu ramen was different from other ramen restaurant. Their soup base tasted delicate, refreshing and not greasy. Fried chicken and Salt and green onion fried dumplings were also very tasty.
