I gave one star not because of your product quality or taste, but because of your service. We’ve been your loyal customers for a long time, but today was truly disappointing.

As usual, we visited your store this Sunday to get some bread. However, my 3-year-old daughter suddenly needed to use the restroom. When we asked if she could use it, we were told it wasn’t allowed—even after I explained it was just for a small child and that she would go alone. Your staff still refused.

After that, we simply took our bread and left. Not only did no one offer any further assistance, but the staff just placed the bread on the table without even saying thank you.

I was honestly surprised and saddened by this attitude. It’s a shame that a bakery known for such high-quality bread provides such poor...

Bread and pastries are great, the staffs are poorly trained though. The girl staff was impatient and rude when answering questions about the ingredients of cakes. I preordered stollen and they didn’t get my order ready the first time and asked me to go back twice more for it.

I have come to Le Bouquet several times, the service isn’t consistent, it is a shame...
