Be careful of what they bring to your table. The little tri-dish pickle plate is not complimentary but it’s like a cover charge of $200 per head. If you bring your own drink, although no corkage fee, the ice they brought you will cost another $200 per head. Most unbelievable is how they shamelessly bring a cup over to you table and asked for free drinks from the bottle that we brought to restaurant until they empty your bottle. Anyway, before you pay, always remember to check the “BILL” thoroughly as they tend to add more dishes than what you actually ordered. Oh, lastly, there’s freaking 10% service fee. We got two dishes that we didn't order, don't mention it and they will be added to your bill. On top of this they make an issue and try and convince you you made a mistake in ordering. Lastly, a 10% service fee (!) is added to your bill without the fee being mentioned on the menu.

Read moreI will say as a local Taipei person that crazy about izakaya, this place has the best Yakitori without questioning, absolutely the best, and you can tell by the tenderness, juiceness and the flavour of their Yakitori. The flavour won’t lie, it honestly report the efforts and the techniques of chef. I know someone may argue about their policy of service charge( they don’t charge that but replace by a homemade starter dish), if you have problem about that, you can certainly ask the staffs, they are absolutely friendly.
