Ninety Plus coffee beans meant a 90+ treatment! Indeed, the lady boss was very meticulous in her preparation of the syphon brew to bring out the best of the beans. When attending to a phone call, she explained to the caller why the coffee beans roasted could not be used immediately. Moving on to the latte, the milky drink allowed the coffee to cut through it and you have the best deal to pair it with the 'juicy' tiramisu - juciness from the coffee used I supposed! Overall, this is a very worthy cafe that expounds professionalism in the art of coffee making notwithstanding the excellent customer service rendered and the icing on the cake - a beautiful atmosphere without the buzz enshrouded with lush greenery. This is by far the finest coffee experience I had in Taipei. From a coffee connoisseur's opinion: it is neither outlandish nor hipster in any respect. Kindly appreciate the fine coffee and immerse in the environment. Waxing lyrical & geeking anything coffee should be avoided. Yes, absolutely respect the NO PHOTOGRAPHY rule here. Instagrammers...

Watching how they prep each coffee would definitely surprised you. They pay attention to every detail, they even tried to get rid of all the 'skin' of washed coffee in order to get the best flavour out of the coffee.
They make each cup of syphon coffee one by one , it is slow, but it is definitely worth the wait. The water they used is very soft and good tasting , and the owner said it's because they make sure the water is as pure as it could be. As a result, their coffee tastes very clean, with a very nice body and gentle acidity , packed with lots of flavours.
And guess what. They've got a whopping FOURTEEN TYPES of coffee beans for you to choose. For any coffee enthusiasts out there , you'll definitely...

The iced latte is slightly less bitter than the usual one, but we still prefer the iced latte we had at Starbucks Reserve.
The iced mocha is kinda sweet. They put in effort making a heart shaped coffee ice cube. That’s a plus. Maybe should focus on making the coffee great first before doing other fancy stuff.
It’s a huge turn off that you can’t take pictures inside this cafe. Don’t know why they are so secretive.
Not really value for money unless you spend the whole afternoon here reading a book or something.
Overall, it’s a good place to chill. But if you are looking for a cup of great coffee, look else where :)
It’s just another coffee shop that trying to act atas (high class). It’s...
