Kodak Hotel (Taipei Tianjin) — Hotel in Taipei

Having already quaratined in HK for 21 days few month ago, coming to Taiwan was a dramatically kinder and more humane experience all around.

I coulnd't ask for a better experience than this. The hotel service was phenomnal, they clearly are experienced and well prepared in handling quarantine guest. It's the little details that make it so much more comfortable and accessible.

FOOD: The food was amazing, like everyday was a delightful surprise, and they truly take you through a food journey of all the best Taiwanese cusine can offer. Additionally, regularly they will send you treats and kind messages to cheer you up. The surrounding food options for delivery was just too good to be true.

ROOM: The room was clean and well stocked, although, I would recommend that you get a room with an open window, because I was starting to feely stuffy, and my eyes/skin were getting a bit dry from the A/C, also it was a bit of challenge to find the perfect temperature/humidity. I requested a office chair, which made a huge difference for work.

SERVICE: In the end, it was the service that really touched my heart, always willing to listen, help and with a positive attitude. They truly reminded me the heart of Taiwanese hospitatliy, and how proud I am to...

Kodak hotel is a very great hotel. I had a great stay here for 11 days because of the quarantine requirement. The service was so nice, considerate, and thoughtful, they took care of their customers thoroughly.

Food was beyond my expectations. I was so surprised by the varieties of the meals they prepared. All the meals were so tasty and I can feel they spent time and effort to select meals for us. Besides, they prepared sesame tangyuan for us on 冬至 that day. Also they prepared BoBa tea, desserts for us sometimes. (I feel so sweet about their service.)

Service was fantastic. They responded to my requests very timely. They also provided a slipper with warm materials when the weather became cold.

Sanitary was great. I can feel they are very careful and strict toward sanitary areas. I was not worried at all when I saw the news about the cluster infection in other hotels. Because I know the hotel I stayed in is really well managed in this area.

Equipment - I love their bed. I slept very well every night. Their bathroom was very well equipped. They provide a large bathtub, and their washlet toilet is high class. I also love the light of their bathroom.

Overall this is a very fabulous hotel. I will definitely visit here again...

Fantastic stay during my 15 nights quarantine stays. I booked an Executive room with a wide window which is very important especially in the quarantine.

The location of the hotel is in small lanes away from the main road, and hence it's quiet.

Room size is just sufficient for 1 person to stay for 15 nights. The room come with a big and comfortable double bed, the bath room is clean and relatively new with a bath tub. The noise iinsulation (隔音）from the adjacent room/ floor is acceptable overall though could be better.

Internet speed is excellent and there are sufficient power points and USB ports.

Customer service is very prompt and excellent, feeling like a VIP. I'm very amazed and impressed by the variety of food, bento boxes, snacks and afternoon tea snacks provided during my stays. Can't recall any repeats. The food are of good quality with right balance of nutrients for the wellness of the quarantinees. Everyday I'm looking for a surprise during the meal time ☺️ Add some fun to the boring quarantine routines.
