Zhen Fang Breakfast Sandwiches — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

No complaints from me honestly. A fast-serve(?) breakfast spot. Both of the toasts were quite delicious and I can’t really find complaints for them. If you dine in (the place is smol) they’ll bring the food to you.

🥪 Pork, Cheese, and Egg Toast - Bread was lightly toasted and complements the rest of the sandwich well. The pork, egg, and cheese are all super soft and meshed well together flavor-wise. I’d definitely get it again.

🥜 Peanut and Peanut Butter Toast - A sweet sandwich that I’d recommend for all those peanut lovers. The peanut butter was not the thick and creamy but melted. The crushed peanuts surprisingly don’t make the toast super crunchy. I’d say imagine the little malt balls in a crunch bar. 10/10 would recommend

I absolutely fell in love with this breakfast place during my time in Taipei. How did this place manage to master the simple egg and cheese breakfast sandwich? It has a lemon aioli that is so surprising and takes it to the next level. The bread is so soft and toasted to crisp perfection. We also tried the peanut butter with peanuts toast - they use shaved peanuts to create an incredible gritty texture, and the peanut butter isn’t hard to swallow at all. It was so good I had to order another. My Taiwanese friend convinced me to try the toast with condensed milk and cheese - I was really skeptical - but it had such a delicious sweet, salty, and creamy flavor that it actually became my favorite. We went to this place for breakfast on our first and last days in Taipei, and I will miss it so dearly back...

Found this nice breakfast place near my hotel and it was so good! They were busy when I came in but the line to order wasn't too long and there were still seats inside. We ordered the Chinese pancake, Zhen Fang sandwich, and the peanut butter peanut sandwich. They were served fast and very delicious! Sandwiches were decently sized for the price and very worth it! I really enjoyed their signature Zhen Fang sandwich but the peanut butter sandwich was also good. The sandwiches are so different than what I have eaten in the U.S. Their egg pancake is also authentic tasting.

The employees are also friendly and helpful. The inside is also very comfy even though it is a bit small. I wish I had ordered more since it was that tasty.
