Really fresh and delicious food. The eel was probably some of the best tasting eel I’ve had in Taipei. The sashimi was really nice quality as well. I recommend getting the main platter eel set so that you can try the different ways of eating the eel don, however it’s a lot of food so come hungry. Our server told us the rice wasn’t very much for each person. Maybe she was trying to upsell us, or maybe they eat a lot more than us because it was actually a giant bowl of rice. I felt like the pricing was a little high. The eel set cost 1000NT and the sashimi platter which had about 10-12 slices of fish cost 450NT. I’m not sure what the prices were a year ago but I wonder if the Michelin Bib Gourmand had anything to do with the high pricing.
