This small beef noodle soup shop has won several awards over the years. We ordered the red-stew beef soup without noodle, which was excellent, probably the best I ever had. I don't know what cut of beef was used but it's so tender. A word of warning: we specified medium spicy but it still tasted quite spicy. I will order mild spicy or no spicy next time. Most places have just ok broth at best. The broth here is so savory, rich and heartwarming. The noodles are qq and I felt like an Olympic gold medalist slurping all of it down because it was soooooo tasty.
The portion size was great, the tendon was tender, beef was chunky yet soft and flavorful. The tripe was springy yet soft. Words cannot encapsulate the beauty and joy that this masterpiece brought to me.
