Location:
Since it is located at a crossing, parking might be a little bit difficult so I suggest you to take public transportation or drive a scooter.
There are not many seats outside but you do have the option to sit inside yet we always opt for outside since we like to see the pizza made right in front of your eyes.
menu:
The menu is relatively small, which in my opinion is perfect for a pizzeria.
It's in English and Traditional Chinese, so if you are not able to read Mandarin you will have no problems finding something to enjoy - and enjoy you will.
Style/Flavor:
It's a traditional stone oven style pizza - and having travelled often to Italy myself I can honestly say the taste, flavors are quite similar to what I would expect to encounter in Italy it self.
The pizza has an appropriate size, not too small and not too large, the cheese has a high quality and is stringy, and yo can taste that the ingredients are of equally high quality. The dough could be a little bit thicker for my personal taste but that's just personal preference, non than less - amazing taste.
Price:
It's super cheap: A pizza costs 220 -280 Taiwan dollar ( 7-9 USD), for a hand made, traditional stone oven Italian style pizza.
Fazit:
Hands down the best pizzeria for the price/cost value I found in Taipei so far.
Highly recommend,
5 out of 5 stars

Read moreGreat food at an amazing CP value.
Have to admit the place was a little odd when I first looked at the menu as they serve both Japanese and Italian food (as well as some Mexican-ish). I later found out it was because 2 brothers own the store with one studying in Japan and the other in Italy.
But yes, on to the food. All of it is made to made to order. If you sit outside you will actually get to see them tossing the pizza dough and setting the toppings. Their pizza is then fire grilled in the (clay?) oven and served piping hot. As for the sushi, it is all made inside so I didn't get to see how it was made, but all the fish was definitely very fresh. I would definitely recommend one of their bowls here as it comes with fresh, large, thick cuts of sashimi for a cheap price.
Which leads me to the amazing CP value of this place. For a two person dinner we had 2 pieces of sushi, a pizza, draft beer, and a chirashi (sashimi) bowl for 780NT. I haven't found another place in Taipei that could beat that combo at that price. Just be sure to make reservations as they have very limited seating (especially if you want to sit indoors) as high CP value places always have a wait.
I will be back to this place...Next time its to try their...
Read moreThe pizza here is pretty hard to beat. I think one of the most important part of the pizza is its crust. They've got it down to perfection. In some other places, you might soggy crust, crust that's too thick or too hard, or just plain burnt; not this place. This pizza had a thin crispy crust that's chewy once you bite into it.
They also have this imported chilli oil; I think it's neat, and adds a little heat, but if they have fresh chilli in olive oil, it would've made the whole thing even better.
Sashimi on the other hand was nothing to write home about. A small spread of thickly cut sashimi. I think it's completely overshadowed by...
