Price for those foods are actually not worth at all. All those foods only good at appearance and for photo purpose. The first bad impression after go in was the face of the serving girl (maybe lady boss wearing large light brown sweater) i think. Gave us most valuable information that only 90 minutes allowed to sit in with minimum each drink per person. Cmon thats not our point to sit in to your cafe, i dont care how much time i could spend to sit inside, I wanted to know whats special inside your cafe. She clearly mentioned each person must have one drink.
Cmon you are just care about the speed of you to receive payment rather than service. i dont feel at all you care about what we could taste inside the cafe or intro us (foreigners) whats good inside this cafe. This is the first and last for me to enter this cafe. The faces of all waitresses inside whole cafe were damn busy without a single smile or greeting....
Read moreThe food and drinks isn't great, and it is not stroller friendly. One time shop; would not recommend this place, you can get better food and drinks from random shops. The only thing is, it's quiet. Oh and you only have 90 mins to dine, and each minimum spend for each person is a drink; food not included!
I had the steamed ribs with rice, and french vanilla milk tea. Oh boy, I saw them remove the ribs from a steamer, which is already a big red flag (it has flavour, but lots of cartilage and very tough). The rice.. is probably overnight or microwaved; there were dried bits. I had expectations for a cafe in Taiwan, but apparently it's the same as a cafe anywhere else (i.e., bad Asian food).
The milk tea was terrible, a cup of very sweet warm milk with a tea bag. It seems the tea was supposed to be infused, but didn't work out.
The Oreo cheesecake was also unpalatable. It probably has more gelatin than cheese. At least the Oreo...
Read morePros: Nice ambience at the store. We found it quite easily. Matcha Au Lait was delicious, strong matcha flavour. Service was pretty good; though I don't like the quality of customers they have there. Cons: Waffles were dense, soft and mushy. Definitely not my liking! Mine has sesame ice-cream (actually the most delicious thing off my plate), mung bean paste with a kernel of chestnut on it (I don't get this combination, never seen mung bean paste to be eaten that way), a dollop of cream (it's like the cheapest version of spraying tin can whip cream you can find in supermarkets); and sesame sauce (the flavour of this one is quite nice too, but it's too thick, adding it to the waffles just make you feel sick eating it). The price is also expensive, compared to other local food. Conclusion: The food doesn't worth the...
