Came here three times around noon on weekdays—never had to wait. It’s cash-only and you order from a ticket machine before handing it to the staff.
Their clear broth is already impressively rich and layered—if it’s your first visit, I’d skip the thicker version and go with that. The ramen comes with thin noodles, and you can choose the firmness. I’d suggest going with a firmer bite to balance the tender chicken and pork chashu, which are both beautifully seasoned and surprisingly light.
You can get one free noodle refill, and it doesn’t have to be the same kind—great way to try both types.
If you’re into scallops, get the scallop broth. And if you love deep, shellfish-heavy flavors, the lobster broth is a must. It’s sweet, clean, and layered with a touch of yuzu at the bottom—stirring midway through gives the broth a totally new character.

I visited right at opening time on a weekday afternoon and was very fortunate not to have to wait in line! I ordered the “SP 龍蝦清湯拉麵,” and the broth was exceptionally clear and sweet with a strong lobster flavor. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right level of firmness. The ramen included shrimp, scallops, char siu pork, and chicken breast, all of which were delicious, especially the scallops, which were absolutely outstanding. This place ranks in my top three ramen spots, and I highly recommend it to all...
Read moreThis is a small local chain serving seafood based ramen. The scallop paitan is really good. Unfortunately this location is pretty dirty, especially compared to the location near Fuxing.
As I waited for my ramen I watched the cooks prepare the bowls and I noticed that a large fly landed on a piece of chicken. The cook saw the fly and swatted it away, but still served the piece of chicken that the fly was on. This is really gross and a pretty bad health violation. For that reason, I wouldn't recommend this location and probably won't be back.
Also note that this place gets long lines and there is often a wait of 1...
