My only critique would be that whilst most of our food arrived on time, sadly our pizza arrived 30 + mins after we were done with the main course and we wanted to have our pizza as a starter. And some mishkaki was mildly on the salty side. Pricing: food pricing is reasonable and affordable for middle class upwards Overall: β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜† I generally enjoyed dining with my family here and hoping to come back. Unfortunately the packaging prices on Dukadirect makes it less affordable for a home delivery order.

We ordered from best sururu Upanga last night and the experience was horrible. We placed the order at 8.30 p.m and the food had not arrived until 10.30 p.m. when we called to enquire about our order, the lady at the the other end said, and i quote: " what should I do if the kitchen guys are delaying your food." We asked her how much longer it will take and he said "I don't know." So we asked her to cancel our order and he simply said "ok." We have seen poor hospitality before but this was heights. It wasnt just poor hospitality but utter rudeness. If she would have simply apologized and given me an update on my order, it would have been completely okay, things dont always go as planned and thats understandable. I would not recommed anybody to order from this place. They have no appreciation...

I had gajjar chicken with masala chips Gajjar chicken was okay and masala chips drenched in lemon and chilli powder.

3 staff members to handle the whole crowd and in the kitchen they were a dozen some seated unnecessarily.

You wait for the menu card, you wait for someone to take your order and obviously you need to wait for food also. The owner doesn't move from his seat to check on the customers. His job is to collect money and give orders from the seat only, despite there are 2 people seated on the counter.
