Cuisine 53 is becoming my go to place for some bbq food in Upanga area. I enjoyed the pepper chicken as well as their Sekela. Mishkaki was also soft. I urge the owners to maintain quality and keep up the consistently and they will do well. The food was delicious. We ordered Dar classics and the meal overall was on point. I wasn't happy with the drinks choices since they stock Pepsi and in fresh juices they have Sugar Cane (but that's only a personal preference). I think they would benefit from glass-bottled sodas that are unique to TZ such as Stoney Tangawizi and Arusha Krest.
