CUISINE 53 — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

Cuisine 53 is becoming my go to place for some bbq food in Upanga area. I enjoyed the pepper chicken as well as their Sekela. Mishkaki was also soft. I urge the owners to maintain quality and keep up the consistently and they will do well. Remember every meal should be as good as your last and as the same as you would be wanting to eat over and over again! Keep it up guys and hope you continue the focus on quality. Also what happened to the afghani chicken and kebab? Would be good for you guys to focus on smaller menu and have those products in stock. Service is impeccable - from the waiting staff, to the owners, it's a very personalised experience. We were attended by humorous waiter and the owners checked on us as well.

The food was delicious. We ordered Dar classics and the meal overall was on point. I wasn't happy with the drinks choices since they stock Pepsi and in fresh juices they have Sugar Cane (but that's only a personal preference). I think they would benefit from glass-bottled sodas that are unique to TZ such as Stoney Tangawizi and Arusha Krest.
