Nice and cozy place, delicious octopus carpacco, interesting cocktails... But sometimes - total disappointment. It was the worst burger I ever ate in DSM. I can't even imagine how "talented" should be the chef to be able to spoil so simple food. After 40 minutes of waiting, I got a cold (really cold) bun with a couple of pieces of veggies and not edible, oversalted, overcooked, completely dry, burned patty inside. My expectations about the food here aren't too high, but this time I was impressed, how terrible food might be. Another disappointment is a canned wheat beer from CD. I ordered whiskey on the rocks, the bartender doesn’t know what that is, then I asked for pork but you don’t have that on the menu - I was expecting your bartender to upsell something off the menu as an alternative.

He spent more time standing on the side gossiping with the waitresses than actually attending to me and could consider me to have another drink.

A bartenders personality should be more profound and out of his comfort zone and even if it’s a slow Tuesday, he should give the bar a wipe down when the customer has left over 20 minutes ago but unfortunately he didn’t.

To me Lido maybe I’ll come again if the service is better but the could do much better...

I booked a table for a group dinner and while booking I gave them my name. But on the day of the booking when my guests and I arrived, they said there is no booking in my name! Spoke to 3 people and all said, ´no there is no booking of such!’ Later one waitress came and I described and they showed us to our table 🤦🏻‍♀️ If you don’t understand a foreign name, it’s always good to request to spell so it’s well communicated in both sides. It’ll prevent unnecessary stress for everyone. Apart from this, food, view and everything was superb. They let me bring cake from outside for the gathering. If service improves, I will be happy to...
