What a shame😭 should’ve been a sign to leave when staff sat on the table next to us to make it seem like people are paying for the ridiculously priced tables (mind you, WE paid for the 10,000 table #regrets) So much potential to be a real great spot in Bangkok. I brought my friends here and they were already wasted so we bought atleast 3 Don Julio Resposado and our total was a little over 40K. Dj wasn’t the best, and atmosphere was stale, except for my table, so I started to gather my friends to leave. The staff that sat next to us saw and started ushering to another group to come to our table. My friends are drunk and gathering their things, finishing their drinks and we havent even left yet but this guy (the staff), was so determined to get another group on this table, he could not stop yelling, MOVING OUR STUFF around, getting into our space, waving his arms around like a lunatic to make sure these people from across the room, come and fill up the void(even the other table had the courtesy to not come over right away BECAUSE CLEARLY we were still at the table🫣) SO I told this man, we haven’t left yet, and he needs to step back, this is still my table and my friends can finish their drinks if they want AND WITHOUT MISSING A BEAT he’s like OH BUT THESE GUYS PAID FOR THREE BOTTLES - I saw their 3 bottles, there was 2 Johnny Walker BLACK label😭😭 meanwhile, our table went through 3 Don Julios in the last hour😂 but it’s cool, you clearly don’t need or want our business, there’s plenty of places we actually enjoy, shame on us for wanting to try something...

Service at the Chow restaurant isnt very good. The staff seem to be untrained and hired on a daily basis, as they had no idea what's on the menu and take orders based on you pointing.

We were a table of 5 pax in a place with the capacity for at least about a hundred, and with only about 1 - 2 other patrons in the entire place. We had to yelp and wave constantly to be served, as most of the staff were busy conversing behind the bar. The staff took orders by choosing to memorize, rather than taking notes on paper. With this, they managed to forget some key dishes we were keen to try.

Food is surprisingly decent for the terrible service.

I’ve spent a lot of money at this club over time—booking VIP tables, showing loyalty, and supporting their business. But after what happened recently, I’m done.

Security falsely accused me of fighting just because the people who actually caused the problem spoke the same language as me. No actual evidence, just lazy assumptions. When they finally checked the footage and saw I had nothing to do with it, no one apologized. Instead, I got attitude and disrespect from the staff—especially the manager, who acted like it was no big deal.

That kind of treatment is unacceptable. If this is how they handle loyal customers—jumping to conclusions, showing zero accountability, and refusing to apologize—they don’t deserve your time or money. There are better places out there that know how to treat people with...
