I lived very happily at Tai Ping for over a year and moved out only to avoid Bangkok’s pollution. If ever I moved back to Bangkok, Tai Ping is where I would go. While the building is about 30+ years old, it is very well maintained. Staff from cleaning staff, to Juristic and security are friendly. Neighbors are like one big family especially those who have lived here from the first years of the condo. Rent, is extraordinarily low for the size of the units, location and facilities. Sure if you are looking for something less aged then you will find modern condos nearby which are three times the price for a third the size, but if you are a family, looking for great value for money in a safe environment then Tai Ping is the place.
