Stay away from this place as much as you can. Booked for 3 nights and experienced the most awful experience in my life.
The receptions are not friendly, I don’t understand how they even met the Accor standard. They can’t even talk English and they don’t really care if you try to talk to them. More like they’re quite scared when a tourist talk to them I have to changed my card key 3 times. The first one is not functioning on elevator. Changed it on the first night and I’m not even 6 hours stay in this place The second one I changed it has the same problem with elevator. I don’t understand how your card key got that kind of Accor standard The third problem I cannot even enter my room. My husband and I have to come downstairs 3 times before it got fixed and it happened at 11 pm Since this place have the “most friendly” receptions we don’t think they even regret it happened to us. They even took out the master key card to get us to our room without fixing our current card. so I guess the solution will be get us to our room and make sure we wont re enter? I overheard the reception make wrong mistake in setting the card key. Even after my husband mention our room number 2 times and it is actually written on the card sleeve I have to literally scream at 11 pm to make them realize that cannot entering the room is a serious problem Additional notes : they asked us to wait for technicians after the second time we come to reception. Waited for 5 and no one come. Like seriously, it was 11 pm and we’re quite tired and I can simply summarize this place don’t take complaint seriously There were roaches in our room. Caught it on a glass and I left there before checking out as a souvenir for them Dead bug on the bathroom floor. Happened when we just got back after the card key incident. Which there was no one entering the room after housekeeping Hard bed and dusty. Pillow was uncomfortable Inside wardrobe was dirty. Room was not clean. Mostly on under the table and dressing table Lotion was run out. Asked the housekeeping lady to refill it and as expected no one is coming Sent a complaint email but as expected, again, no one...
Read moreStaffs are very helpful. The room we booked was superp. The room was big, clean, comfy and decent. We enjoy our stayed there so much. Except one incident I would like to share. I forgot money in my room before i ask maid to clean. It was in my front backpack. There r 10,000฿ 10 notes of 1 thousand. After we got back, (and the maids were still at our neighbor's room) first thing we check was our money cause we know we should not leave it in the room unless we put in safety box. We know if we lost it, we can t prove it. We found out that 3,000 baht missing. We had 7,000 left in the bag. We inform receptionist straight away. But witb their less experience, they cant manage to help us efficientcy. We accept that it s our fault and we do not want to file any complain against staff who we can t prove if she would b the one who took it or not. So we decided we dont want to file any complains. I hope in the future, if there are any of this case happen. I recco u can follow this step. 1st take the report from customer. 2nd report to manager to help solving problem. 3rd go to check and ask the maid with manager or someone who has higher position. 4th check camera to make sure how many times she went in the room and wherelse she goes after guest room. If you can t prove if she is innocent or guilty. I have the last option. Wait till she finish work and get ready to go home. Stop her before she goes and double check her again. All of this process is not about how to find thief. But it has to be fare for both side. She gotta understand as well to clear her name. I hope this might be useful for your hotel reputation in the future. Beside this incident your hotel was wonderful. I would come back again for sure. Big and clean room. Bed was so comfortable....
Read moreI rented a room here for four nights via AirBnB. I selected this location due to the proximity of some meetings that I had in the area. The facility is acceptable but not outstanding. On the way down here, I stayed in a 5-star establishment in Khon Kaen. Overall, this place doesn't even come close. It's not dirty, but it's also not elegant, I'm rating it three stars because that's about where it fits in the climate of hotels here in Thailand. Also, this facility is, for the most part, wheelchair accessible; however, the staff are not very helpful in that regard. I got the run around about where I could park. I was requested to leave my daughter unattended while I went to park the van. Once I parked, I requested they leave sufficient space behind our van so we could get her wheelchair in and out in case we had to leave, and they did not do that. The elevators are quite cramped once you put a wheelchair in there, and only two of the three were working on the first night. Thankfully, all three were working for the other nights. The room is sparsely decorated, very much out of sync with my expectations for an AirBnB rental and lacked basic housekeeping supplies expected of an AirBnB rental. I realize the miss on AirBnB expectations is not usually the responsibility of the condominium staff; however, I suspect that the person managing the AirBnB listings is associated with the condo and therefore, both he and the staff own these issues. If they are going to operate like a hotel, they need to book as a hotel, not as a homestay via AirBnB or any other...
