Super combustion of flavours and great creative take of Spanish Cuisine.
We were greeted by Chef Sandro and his crew. The service was immaculate and crew was very attentive and professional yet approachable.
We started our lunch by having a glass of Cava and was immediately served sourdough bread with Spanish olive oil, naturally dried Salt and a chef made garlic paste. They were exquisite individually and equally perfect in combination. Super delicious and memorable. As we alway say, we can already predict the rest of dishes, if the chef pays attention to his bread.
Since there are two of us we have chosen a different dishes out of the lunch menu and ordered a dry white wine to go with it. Every dish is very well thought through and perfectly executed. Tasty with well balance flavours, yet deliver a memorable take of what it is intended. I would just like to highlight two dishes here. The Tuna Tartare - it is so succulent and salivating with fine combustion of flavours is something to look forward for a second time. The 2nd dish is the Pork Chop with cauliflower sauce. The pork perfectly made - juicy taste of pork with grilled texture and flavor on the outside fit nicely with the cauliflower sauce and lightly grilled enoki mushroom. Of course, the desserts were equally amazing - simple but perfectly executed.
To all my friends visiting Bangkok, this is one restaurant you should visit.

Apparently the menu changes every 2-3 months so there will be variety. I live the garlic spread for starter, the almond soup was nice and unique, the two mains were so tasty. We had sangria to go along with the food, which has fresh and light. chef was super passionate. After the meal, he showed us around the property and walked us through the history of the place and his own paintings he made! staff was really friendly and attentive.
