Sallim Restaurant (Halal) — Restaurant in Bang Rak Subdistrict

Sallim Restaurant is located near Thai Grand Postal Bangrak Building/TCDC and is not far from Si Phaya Pier Boat Station. You need to take the boat from Saphan Taksin BTS.

A very good homey feeling restaurant. They do have Indian, Pakistan and Thai food there.

Prices are quite cheap compared to other restaurant. There is no air condition though.

Nan bread are pretty good too. Meats (beef) are tender and their curry sauce are very delicate and creamy.

Minus one star for the hygiene part. We found one small hair inside the garlic Nan bread.

Payment can be either via cash or money transfer...

I order a takeaway. Mutton masala, chicken masala and 2 of nans.

The food are really delicious with good portion and reasonable price (quite cheap). The nan bread is quite big for me, so i would recommend to order just 1 piece of nan for those who usually eat small portion.

As for mutton masala, the mutton meats are really tender and easy to eat. I really love the smell of spice and flavour in this dish.

Chicken masala also easy to eat, i can smell all the spice in every bite.

Overall, i recommend for a try if you are in the area. The food here is worth every...

Recommend order Milk Tea which is the super delicious and it's tasted different from Thai Tea.

Chicken Biryani is total different I had ever eat before. Rice and herb cover the chicken. If you are not the fan of Indian herb you should order other dish. I saw there have Thai street food for Muslim you could try.
