Then in the Apple store staff service was really poor. I wanted to change my battery. Got redirected to 4 different people. When in the queue for the right person, I was the only person in the queue. They finish the current person and another person walks up and they immediately turn to them and help them instead of me, who was waiting where I was told to wait by another staff that wouldn't help.
For the battery, she said, all in Thai, it was going to take 15 min for the appointment and then changing the battery would be more than 3 hours, finishing at 9 PM. I said, I don't want to sit around for 3 hours, I have other things to do. She said, so you can just sit and play games. Then I said, I'm not going to wait. And she hands me the iPad to sign up for the appointment. I thought for sure, something must have been lost in translation. So I had my girlfriend come and help. No, I had everything correct. The service was just terrible.
