ICONSIAM Pier 4 — Local services in Khlong Ton Sai Subdistrict

Iconsiam is an amazing shopping centre where all the international brands have lovely displays. You could spend a month in the food hall and not taste every delicious dish.

To cap it all go outside to the river bank when the fountain show is on. This is only at special times in the evening, we watched it at 9 pm. It's spectacular. We dined at a restaurant on the other side of the river, walked to the ferry which took us across to iconsiam. There is a long mysterious path from the ferry which I actually enjoyed having drunk some wine previously.

This is a good tip. When you leave if the dinner cruise boats have come in you will wait forever for a taxi at iconsiam. Just take the ferry across the river and get a cab from there. It's a short ride and costs...

Giving 1 star due to the poor customer service at the counter.

My fiancé and I were enquiring about a dinner cruise and the staff there were rude and unhelpful. My fiancé is Thai and speaks Thai, but the staff still showed no interest in answering simple questions. They were paying more attention to their phones and it was very clear to see they were scrolling through Facebook videos rather then providing any sort of service. In the end we just walked away as we were not happy...
