I booked a birthday cake for my son’s 1st birthday and came all the way from Mumbai to celebrate in Phuket. I placed the order on 16th September for delivery on 21st September evening, and they charged 2,800 baht for a small cheesecake with a simple design (as per the photo I shared).

The cake was promised for 4 PM delivery but was only delivered at 7 PM—a full 3 hours late, ruining our plan to celebrate before sunset. When the cake finally arrived, it was hot inside, tilted, and clearly not refrigerated. It seemed like they forgot to even make the cake on time and rushed it at the last minute.

The design was poor quality, the cake tasted below ordinary, and it was absolutely not worth the price. Out of frustration, I ended up buying a cake from a mall for just 500 baht, which was far better.

Despite reporting all these issues to them, they didn’t even bother to reply. ⚠️ I strongly advise future customers not to order cakes...

Not Pet-Friendly Despite No Signage "I was unfortunately asked to leave the restaurant with my dog, even though I checked beforehand and found no signs prohibiting pets. The staff insisted my dog was 'disturbing' other guests, despite the fact that the restaurant was almost completely empty.

We absolutely do not recommend this establishment for people with pets.
