Qin Kitchen — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Ended up here entirely by accident after putting in the wrong location into Grab but it felt like fate since it was probably the best meal I had in all of Chiang Mai. I ordered the hot and sour dumpling soup with pork dumplings which I have never tried before but OH MY GOSH they where amazing. The flavor to the soup was really unique and delicious and the sourness cut through the fatty dumplings perfectly. I have literally had this dinner on my mind every day since. We also were idiots who didn't bring cash but the owner was so lovely about it and got one of the kitchen staff to drive my boyfriend on his moped to a cashpoint which they absolutely didn't need to do since it was only a 10 minute walk and totally our fault. Words can't describe how much we enjoyed the food there. I have been to Xi'an and have been a Shaanxi food lover for half of my life, to the point that I try to cook different Shaanxi dishes myself at home. The pork burger, youpo noodles, dumplings and lamb kebab are probably the best I have ever had in my life. The owner of the place is sooo amazing and chill as well. We really enjoy having a meal at Qin Kitchen. Everything is delicious. It’s the best, authentic Chinese food in Chiang Mai; spicy soup dumplings, beef noodles, jia jiang noodles, fried garlic and chive dumplings, and pork sandwich. The food was so good.
