SINC Cafe’ — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Excellent, funky cafe with great music...think Elton John, Summer Breeze, Earth Wind & Fire, etc.

Ordered (spicy) Pad Thai with Crab, Stir Fried Port with Basil, and Stir Fried Morning Glory. Spice level was perfect...lets you know it's there but doesn't overpower the food.

Not really a vegetarian / vegan place, but I'm sure they can substitute anything with tofu. Just like all Thai food, they can make it work.

Coffee and Thai tea is spot on. They are able to substitute dairy with soy or coconut milk. While I can handle dairy, coconut milk adds a nice angle to coffee/Thai tea. Give it a try!

Very cool cafe/restaurant. Cool aesthetic and location. Staff was kind and attentive. Unfortunately the food was not good. I ordered a simple breakfast with eggs, bacon, and fruit. Eggs were slimey and the bacon was cold. The 30 baht "seasonal fruit" was 2 slices of guava and 3 slices of apple that had been soaked in sugar water along with some lettuce and tomato that I didn't order.
