Food good Service not so good. I had booked a table inside the restaurant to take advantage of the air conditioning. We were seated at a pleasant table but close to the entrance and the door remained open, despite the fact that we asked the staff to close it. The reason they wouldn't close the door was so that those seated outside could take advantage of the air conditioning. HOW BLOODY STUPID IS THAT? I ordered a starter while my wife just wanted a steak with some vegetables. Her Steak arrived at the same time as my starter, minus the vegetables. When I had finished my starter, they swiftly bought my main course, still no sign of the vegetables, which did arrive a couple of minutes afterwards, although by now her steak was cold. Although food and most of staff are lovely this hotel as a strange concept of all inclusive you can only eat once in morning once at lunchtime and once at night and on a very limited menu compared to others we av payed a lot to stay here and should be able to have wat we want we missed breakfast today so after lunch I asked if they did snacks or could I get ice cream was told no as I’d already eaten very strange concept of all inclusive so be aware when booking all inclusive that’s it’s not as some of us...
