As a passionate food and travel blogger, I've had the pleasure of experiencing some of the finest dining establishments, and Eden Grill in Phuket has left an indelible mark on my taste buds.

Last night's dinner at Eden Grill was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped in, the impeccable service caught my attention. The staff was not just attentive; they were genuine in ensuring every detail of our dining experience was perfect.

The ambiance, set against the backdrop of the tranquil water, was nothing short of exquisite. It created the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening. The heart of Boat Avenue proved to be an ideal location, adding to the charm of this hidden gem.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the food. Eden Grill's menu is a symphony of flavors, a culinary journey that captivates and delights. Each dish is a testament to the chef's mastery, using fresh and high-quality ingredients that elevate the dining experience.

Our Starters: Bread with butter so so good fresh) Watermelon 🍉 Salad (This is a MUST order for those who are vegetarians as this was an amazing tasty 😋 fresh salad) Salmon Ceviche (Love the diced mango 🥭 with the salmon) Goat Cheese Salad with figs and walnuts Smoked Salmon (like smoked sashimi) Gambas in spicy tangy sauce (🍤 in a sautéed sauce)

For our main: Tomahawk Steak 🥩 - with 3 sauces (Creamy Mushroom, Pink PepperCorn and Nam Ji Jeaw) Sides for the Tomahawk were truffle mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, sautéed mushrooms 🍄 and the cauliflower gratin Halibut 🐠 on BokChoy and Mashed Potatoes 🥔 Lamb 🐑 Shank with Mashed potatoes with Edamame Beans Truffle Ravioli (for the vegetarian in our group - speaking of vegetarians they also have a separate menu for both vegans 🌱 & Veg) which is awesome!

Dessert: We were so stuffed but ordered WildBerry Parfait - HIGHLY recommended ⭐️ Vanilla Bean Creme Brûlée - HIGHLY recommend this as well ⭐️

Eden Grill surpassed all expectations. The fusion of tastes and textures showcased a level of culinary expertise that is truly commendable.

Great atmosphere and vibes but spoiled by the food and service…

I ordered carbonara tagliatelle, when he repeats the order he says spagetti, I tell him no tagliatelle, he says ok but he brings me spagetti…. And the carbonara was simply the worst I have tried in a restaurant, in the menu they indicated, the original receipt, it was not, full of cream with a bad taste, same for the pork… even the assistant manager said it wasn't classic carbonnara so why lie on the menu? About the seafood plate, it was way overcooked and burnt taste and the seabass had a soapy/chemical taste like it had been cleaned with soap

Only the Beef Tartare was very good. I would like to mention that they said they will not charge us for the carbonara and the seafood plater (they take the plater back, so we dont even eat it).. BUT at the end they said they need charge us 50%.. so an other lie, a bit a scam to change the mind after telling us yes and taking the platter from us??? But we said we will not pay it anyway..

The main goals was to enjoy our dinner and it was not case.

1. If you read the review a bit better, you will see that I clearly indicated that you removed the carbonara + the seafood platter. (but your team changed their minds twice)

2. Your assistant staff manager had the same opinion as us.. You don’t came to our table at all…😅

Then, I understand that you are trying to justify yourself on the bad reviews, but I doubt that’s good to lie and threaten customers as you do.🤔 I have never had so many problems in a restaurant like yours!

If our goal was to eat cheaper, I would have eaten the pasta and the seafod plater!!!!However, we didn't eat anything at all!!!! Your staff took the dishes back from our table... this shows that you are ready to lie and insult dissatisfied customers to justify yourself, but what a shame!!! 🧐😱😱

Oh and for your information, it’s was no necessary to ban us, we will anyway never come back to your restaurant😂😂😂

Just a remark to help you improve, because I looked at your bad reviews, in all your answers you speak badly, just be kind and say that you hope to see them again... because we just have to go to your restaurant to realize that the bad reviews...
