Sugar Goat has a lovely interior — stylish and cozy. We had a meeting planned here with a friend who recommended the place, and overall, the vibe was great. But the kitchen definitely needs some work when it comes to execution and service flow.
I ordered the breakfast with a large potato rösti and smoked salmon. Unfortunately, the rösti was undercooked and completely unsalted. It was also surprising that no sour cream was served with it — it felt like something was missing. I asked for sour cream myself, and it took about 15 minutes to arrive.
My friend ordered a fish dish (as seen in the photo), but sadly, the fish was raw inside. We called the waiter, who took the dish back — only to return about 10 minutes later with the same piece of fish, now over-handled and just slightly more cooked. Not the best impression.

Read moreSugar Goat is hands down one of the most unique and delightful breakfast spots I’ve ever visited. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the creativity — it’s not just breakfast, it’s an experience.
The menu is fresh, fun, and full of bold twists on classic favorites. I had the [insert your favorite dish if you want], and every bite was a perfect harmony of flavor, texture, and presentation. Even the coffee was next-level — rich, smooth, and served with care.
What truly sets Sugar Goat apart is the vibe. The space is beautifully designed, cozy yet vibrant, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about the details.
Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Sugar Goat is a must-try for anyone who loves breakfast done right — with flair, flavor, and a little bit of magic. I’ll absolutely...
Read moreLovely interior decor and very comfy chairs (something many restauranteurs forget about) and prompt service. Interesting menu but very disappointed with my meal. I ordered the barramundi and cauliflower puree. The puree was nice but the barramundi was not. Parts of it were dry, parts edible, and the middle was uncooked (I assume it had been cooked from frozen). I only discovered the uncooked part halfway through, so it was a bit late to send it back (I took it home for my cat though, and he enjoyed it). However, my partner said her spicy chicken wrap was very good. There are other dishes on the menu that we would like to try, so we will be back next week to give the Sugar Goat a...
