ordered off grab, got cold chicken and oily soggy fries. when you order off grab you have to pay extra for add ons otherwise your order wont process and they dont even put the add ons in the food anyways..100baht extra for what!! in the picture its beef or lamb but i got cold chicken. so disappointing... almost 600baht and for what!! all those 5*...

I swear I just had the best burger ever. Seriously. My kids said the same thing. The patty's didn't taste like a fast food place, tasted like a nice...
