Wrong place for a good dinner. Very crowded and overrated restaurant, where women can visit this place in a swimming bra and men in a short shorts. Come on , if you imply yourself as a restaurant, require a dress code for you guests. I read reviews how polite the manager for the guests. Nothing ot the kind. I tell you the story how I and the friend of mine had a dinner at this place. We ordered smoked tuna tar tar , pizza Hawaii and tagliatelle with salmon and spinach. Tar tar look's good , but tuna was really deep smoked , smell strange, just a little bit avocado and strange sauce. Pizza was not like a original Italian, tasteless, that's why we have to add spicy oil and balsamic sauce, pastry was thick , not good. After we finished our dishes we wait around 15 min my pasta, and what I got?!. It was unbelievable over cooked tagliatelle and the taste was like from market , absolutely not a home made. Manager , after trying, said that it's ok and leave out table. He doesn't even say sorry or any comments about this situation. I ask him to take a plate from my table, but he just run away. The guest from nearest table was so surprised of his rude behavior. Ok, we also pay a bill including more than 400 B for pasta with I can eat absolutely. We totally understood that this man doesn't know how to do a good pasta in Phuket, he should visit an Italian rest on chalong Rossovivo ristorante. Shame on you "dear" manager for you unprofessional behavior. You think that you know how a good food should be on taste, but you are absolutely fallacy. Buy the way we a living on Phuket, and we have a big community there. We never come again and already have told all our friends about this situation, and many people who also had an experience to have a dinner here ,think that this place are not...

Read moreI came here on a Wednesday, very excited by the stellar reviews and that appealing social media promotion: "All you can eat Raclette!" We ordered 2 of them. What a terrible mistake. Fair enough, finding a good raclette in Thailand sounds like a moonshot, but given that it's not THAT different conceptually from Mookata/Korean BBQ, and that there's few rare places on the islands with good bread, cheese and cure meats (IE wine connection), I was expecting something significantly better.
The dish came with 2 slices of bread that were not fresh, an awful mix of cheese and potato (poor quality, almost inedible and way too salty), and 3 types of cured meats that were even more salty than the potato/cheese mix, and also inedible. Both me and my partner couldn't even finish because we couldn't eat it.
Raclette has to be eaten hot, that's the most important part of the dish. You wouldn't go to a barbecue place to eat cold meat right ? Either have a device in the middle of the table that keeps the dish hot (french style), or have the waiter pour melted cheese on your plate every few minutes (swiss style). Don't just bring hot cheese mixed with potato on the table and leave it there. Or don't call it raclette. Also, the marketing is a little disingenuous, it looks nothing likes what's on the picture, see for yourself. Anyways, perhaps the other dishes are better, but after this ordeal I didn't feel like ordering anything else. If you come here (I wouldn't recommend), definitely don't...
