This branch has a really poor service in everything. Visited there around 7pm and there is no jasmine rice left, this’s except-able since it’s quite late. Then, was going to order a Stir-fried Malindjo Leaves with Egg and heard another two tables was also going to order but they said there was run out of the leaves. And another three types of vegetable menus only have one veg left. …After a few minutes there was a yell from the kitchen shouted they still have the Malindjo leaves left. While eating, always heard staffs keep gossiping customers from most of the tables and complaint customers who ordered one by one...

Service was all down hill after the welcome drink. They just put water bottle on table, late, didn't pour, food was very late too. Best looking thing the braised pork advertised out front isn't available. The deep fried sandfish with turmeric had no turmeric! What the heck. And the photo had freshly cooked garlic but when served it only came with dry garlic from a packet. False advertising. That's not good for this dish a restaurant knows this. We bought like 5 dishes and none of the staff and thanked us or said good bye when we left. This place looks posh but it's not. I get better service at street Carts. Food...

Great southern food, Great atmosphere, but unprofessional service, shortage of tools, they serve plastic spoon with dessert.

we understand that the traffic on lunch is high, there're a lot of customer, but I guess there's professional ways to cope with high traffic if you want to open restaurant nearby office area or city center.
