Zen Japanese Restaurant - Central Rama 9 — Restaurant in Huai Khwang Subdistrict

🐟 🤤 Fresh Salmon / Shrimp / Crab sashimi platter. Great taste. We got the lunch set and it included free panna cotta. 🤤 This was a special platter as Zen celebrates its 32 anniversary. Congrats!!!

The sashimi platter was arranged nicely with assorted salmon portions with 🦐 and 🦀. There were additional seaweed and included the special spicy salmon flavors that’s unique to Thailand. Loved it. 😍

The fried fish was good (a bit crispier would have been better, imo). The overall set meal was nice. 👍

Also tried the pork on hot plate. It was well marinated and the flavors were good and balanced. Good option 👍

The panna cotta with a nice strawberry jelly syrup over it was tasty 🤤.

Don’t go there!!! Waste of time and money! Really I regret that I visited this place. I am very patient person, and the service here is really bloody slow!!!! And also they forgot to bring the second dishes. Trust me, once you get inside you will not quit this place for less than an hour! Very very very very slow!!! The food is good but overpriced! For the owner: if you can not make the work faster then inform your client about that please. We all have our plans and our time scheduled. Spending more than 1 hour in total waiting salmon roll and lunch set is not normal at...

actually this chain restaurant has branches almost in every popular shopping malls, it also offer hotpot combo dishes, and japanese food, sushi …, i like the set lunch which is good value for money but find that i could not find it from the menu presented to me, i asked the serving waitress and i got it, not much wait, but actually the restaurant could fill up pretty soon during peak hours. overall i consider both the food and service of high quality, and environment cozy as the seating arrangement is very spacious
