This place is very close to Surin beach and the surrounding area. It’s close to the major places without being IN the busy spots. You know this place has good food and good prices when the locals come to eat.

I got a combo chicken and rice plate (half steamed chicken and half fried chicken) with came with some chicken broth on the side and some fresh herbs and everything was so delicious and so affordable. Also the Thai coffee was delicious as well.

This family-run restaurant is an absolute gem in Kamala. It’s beautifully done up: simple, sweet with a warm, welcoming energy. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is truly outstanding.

I had the shrimp and egg Pad Thai, the raw papaya salad (som tam), the Massaman curry with chicken, and the mango sticky rice. Every dish was on point. This was probably one of the best dining experiences I’ve had while travelling. The restaurant is very cute and cozy, the food is amazing and for a reasonable price, the staff was so lovely and welcoming. There is a wide range of halal meal options from traditional thai food, to breakfast options and “American” food as well.
