Regrettably poor service! Avoid if possible! Or at all costs!

Chose this restaurant as a dinner option for it's ambiance, but regretted it for it service level. The disinterested waiter couldn't care less about the customer requirements and service; please read in

One if the orders was omitted entirely even post being pointed out on the menu An order for a vegetarian dish with detailed written request was ignored completely and the dish served up with egg as one of the ingredients Request for knives and additional cutlery was ignored completely Request for clarification on the inclusion of egg in vegetarian dish we're ignored repeatedly Considerably delay in delivering the cheque

Very poorly run by very young and very inexperienced and un-supervised staff, who do not care two hoots for your valuable vacation time. I recommend avoiding if possible, as there are innumerable options available with incomparably superior service and much better...

food was ok but the portions were too small for the price. the menu had like 300 choices which makes it of course impossoble to keep up with a decent quality of food. the tables, ketchup and salt were sticky. while we were still eating the staff pushed leftovers from the neighbors table to a bin in front of our eyes, it could rather be done in their kitchen. even though we were done with our meals the waiters, even though they saw us, they were just standing around ignoring us. in the end we showed the waiter the tip that we wanted to give but we got no change back so we payed more than we wanted and gave up leaving...

Worst experience ever on holidays!!! The staff are very unprofessional and service is beyond poor! Stuff on the menu was not available and had to get steaks from a different restaurant the were more expensive. Table of six and within 3 mins of ordering one of the orders came and half of another. Sent back as we wanted to eat together (imagine that). Seafood dish was nice and steak for the other restaurant was good but the two other dishes were very bad, overcooked and we believed we received the same dish the was brought out over 30 mins ago. Reheated!!! Stay well clear of this overpriced, bad service and rude...
