Hazardous food safety. Just got back after a horrible and unsafe meal. They served me and two of friends a stale potato dish ( we also ordered tandoori chicken which was filled with artificial colour, roti which was crumbly made with old dough, garlic naan, yogurt, & chicken curry which wasn't fresh as well.) After feeling the foul taste and smell I asked the server to check and change the dish immediately, and instead of taking it away he tasted from my plate and said it's alright. I am a chef and run 25 restaurants across the globe and know good deals about food safety and taste. My friend and I started feeling pukish after the stale bites and we left the restaurant immediately. We paid in full even for the dish which was not served, they were absolutely arrogant and unprofessional. Cosy restraunt location, nestled into a small alleyway on Soi 31. Decor is authentic and service was prompt. However, food was quite disappointing. Ordering classic dishes like palak paneer, dahl and butter chicken, the flavours definitely disappoint, lacking a spice twist that makes each of these Indian classics bland. What also disappointed was the price to portion value. Dishes run 240- 460 Baht for a very modest size that will still leave you hungry. We opted to pass on dessert and left to search of another place that can provide us with more food to satisfy our hunger, with portions that are reasonable compared to the price. I ordered chicken biryani through food panda from Sukhumvit 31 branch, when I received i was shocked to see the quantity, not even the half portion of biryani was there in box. I don't know whose mistake is this, food panda or Restaurant. I am sure because of food panda commission, Restaurant charge full amount but give small quantity of food and pay commission of 40% to food panda. Food quality was bad, rice not cooked properly, only 1 small piece of chicken and no masala. The taste was like i am eating coloured salt rice.

Even foodpanda not interested iny complaint, they just say i am sorry for the inconvenience and gave THB 30 voucher and ended the chat.
