El Toro Steakhouse Bangkok — Restaurant in Khlong Toei Nuea Subdistrict

We’re visitors from America. Came to this restaurant for my boyfriend’s birthday while visiting Bangkok. We were 6 of us, 5 of us had steak dishes and 1 of us had a lamb dish. I had the Linguine Striploin, it was cooked to perfection, I ate every bite. The birthday boy had the Wagyu T-Bone, he loved it. We also had the rib-eye grass A, recommend getting it one level rarer than you usually would. The tenderloin was also excellent, recommend getting it one level more done. Though, I should make clear, the steaks were great as they came! The lamb chops were perfect just the way they are. The filet mignon was perfect. For dessert: The Lava cake was delicious. Affogato was strong, but delicious if you like strong expresso like I do. The Panna cotta was a little over done, but still very tasty. The salad bar at the start of the meal was delicious! I loved the salami and olives and cheese and cucumber salad - all of it was great. We mentioned in passing to the waiter that it was my boyfriends birthday and all of the staff came out to sing and give us another dessert - very sweet and unexpected, thank you!!! Service was great, very friendly, yet gave us space to do our own thing and talk - not too much of an intrusive staff, just the right amount of service. Bathrooms were clean. Overall restaurant was in a great location and really welcoming vibe. If you like steak, this is a great place! We had a reservation! Best brazilian steakhouse. First time here, I chose steak buffet 999+ baht(discount 50%). First you need to choose one free beverage from drinks menu and they will served three type of sauce Gravy, Black pepper and Thai Chili sauce (Jaew sauce). Then you need to turn the card into green color side to accept the foods (if you’re enough turn to the red color side). They will bring the meat tower to slice in front of your plate.

All beef menu served in medium rare, the best is Picanha! It’s tender and chewy especially eat with fat is superbbb recommend👍🏻. Others part is good too. Pork loin is unexpectedly! It’s well seasoned and great when eat with gravy sauce. Pork sausage and Chicken wings is also good it’s well seasoned and tender. Lamb is good no smell but has garlic smell instead lol. They also has free self-served salad bar and cold cut station like parma ham and salami.

We have two hours to eat but after one hour the meat doesn’t come out often like the first hours so we wait until we’re full. The environment is crowded because most of people here followed from Thai youtuber who reviewed this restaurant. Staff is nice especially the owner well take care. I will go back again but will eat in a la carte.

I would never come back to this place again. Even though some of the dishes were not bad.

Things need to improve Service mind

I have asked the waitress for the sausage First, she said i need to wait the food because it would keep rotating

Then i have waited for 5-10 mins and i ask her gain

I can sense from her tine of voice that she was kinda annoying me. She said ‘have I asked or called the guys that serve the food?” I said I could not because once the guys came out of the kitchen and they just went another way and went straight up to the second floor She said she will follow up for me ( as the matter of fact p, she did not do that. She went and did something else

Another 10 mins, i could not wait any more and i did want to bother that waitress again. So, i ask the another person, he looked like manager or the owner, he went straight through the kitchen and ask the guys to brought me the sausage.

Total waiting time was 20 mins ( I timed it)

Although the promotion was 50% off, it not necessary to 50% off the quality of service (Full price almost 2000 thb) ——
