Nothing mind blowing. Food was relatively good. Service was attentive, polite and prompt. I ordered the 595 baht seasonal yuzu pork loin set. It includes pork katsu, rice, cabbage, miso soup, pickled vegetables, a choice of hot or cold green tea, and yuzu ice-cream. Unlimited refill available for the rice, cabbage, miso soup and green tea. 3 choices of sauce on the table to dress the cabbage. Though it was a bit pricey, the set was comprehensive and I didn't need to top up any food or drink. Service charge is another 59 baht. Total bill came up to 654 baht (about 26 SGD) for 1 person. Air con could be stronger.

Great chain, but this location is poorly managed. If you want Maisen, go to one of the other locations! Oh and don't let them hold onto your member card for you, they lost mine and it has taken multiple calls and a visit to get a new one, which they ensured expires at the same time as my previous one (gotta make sure not to give away anything free for...
