We drove for an hour and were looking forward to eating in this restaurant after what people have written. I have to say that this was my very worst experience. Ordered a mix-grill that looked very nice on the menu and that this should be enough for 3 people. When the food arrived, it was something completely different from what we had seen on the menu. The food was cold and was in a smaller size, the bread (type Nan bread) was also very cold.
It looked like the dish had been lying around for a long time and that they warmed it up a bit and served it right after. All in all, the food was very tasteless, but not only that, the food was very expensive compared to other places. You could easily eat 3 times elsewhere for the price we paid. Worth mentioning that the salad was also very bad. The cheese in the salad tasted something completely different from what a cheese actually tastes like.
I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this restaurant. You will regret being there for the rest of your life.
Worth mentioning that it is very rare for me to write a review, but when it comes to this restaurant I couldn't resist...
Read moreFar over rated and over priced! After eating at this PLACE. I only have one question. Is anything you serve FRESH? Also you got some guts to add service charge when you didn't earn it! I ordered the Shish Tawouk platter. Apart from the Hummus and Tum. It might as well been Chicken Fajita. Let me start with the NOT so fresh pita that you can buy in any supermarket. It took only minutes for it to get hard and chewy. The Hummus, lacked flavor. Tum was ok but they serve you a joke size, see photo. The guy kept telling me I can always ask for more. Who wants to keep asking for more? Sure I understand you don't want to waste food but please at least give decent amount at least. Chicken was OK, I was wondering if it was frozen Chicken from the supermarket. It was cut in strips rather then cubes. French fries were definitely from the supermarket. Having lived in the Middle East and I have eaten my fair share of Shish Tawouk. First time I've received Chicken Strips. The flavor was OK. My platter cost 430, it most certainly was NOT worth it. I would not return or nor can I...
Read moreI traveled to Hummus Heads Bangkok today because I wanted some Lebanese food. I ordered the chicken tawook platter. The food was very good the price was shocking. To pay $12.00 USD for chicken, one slice of pita bread, and French fries is appalling for Bangkok. Calling your food fusion does not justify the prices. I saw your shwarma sandwiches, and they are tiny. All bread with a small portion of content inside. Your drinks are full of ice. A little hint for your tabouli: get rid of a third of the parsley and include more tomatoes, onions, some bulgar, and mint...that is a shrewd tactic of your tabouli ingredients being 7/8ths parsley, the least expensive ingredient. Something was also off about your hummus. I dined in and had your food, to go, and it is missing tahini, lemon, and good quality olive oil. Is that why the consistency is more like cream cheese as opposed to hummus? Overall, the service and club music provide a...
