Ideal Vesta — Restaurant in Khlong Tan Subdistrict

It may seem bombastic if I say everything is perfect about this restaurant. I stayed at Homm Hotel (another brand under Banyan Tree) and searched for restaurant nearby. I found this Italian j st 3 minutes walk from hotel. I called to make reservation bring a Saturday I did not want to risk being turned back. When we reached we had a shock we are the only table. But the review were great!!! We sat order what most reviewers recommended-signature house salad, beef carpacio, cheese + cold cut platter, four seasons pizza. While waiting a house complimentary bread was served, warm, crispy on the outside and soft inside. That's a good sign. First dish was great, not hood. We dipped in olive oil & balsamic vinegar mix. Next came carpacio. Boy it was so tender and flavourful. Pizza was deliberately slight burnt and with assortment of flavours in the Four quarters. The chess and cold cut platters as usual never fails. What a discovery. Now I have more reasons to return and stay at Homm #italianfoodbangkok...

I found this restaurant through Google Maps, and see their high ratings. The place is beautifully decorated, cozy, with parking, a nice garden and outdoor seating. The atmosphere is fantastic, both inside and out.

First, the complimentary bread was amazing, and the pizza we ordered seemed to use the same dough. Every dish had great ingredients and balanced flavors. *Don't miss the housemade tiramisu for dessert, it's a must!
