80 minutes after an order, on what seemed to be a routine Thursday, I asked (in Thai, via my friend) where my burger was. The staff's emotionless response was whether I wanted to cancel the order. No service recovery, no apology of any kind, no customer service of any kind. Was my burger at least on the grill 80 minutes after ordering? Absolutely ridiculous. I don't care how good the food is (my friend's carbonara, which came out after 70 minutes, was decent), waiting 80 minutes for a burger and then having staff communicate as if they quite literally could not care less, well... that's not even bad food, that's just bad business.

I'll never come back and actively encourage people to neither waste their time nor subject themselves to disinterested staff not interested or trained enough by an owner or management to show empathy to their customers.

The cocktails are really the highlight I suggest going in happy hour as they are just over 100 baht a drink. Very well done. The atmosphere is very casual my issue is I felt the overall price especially outside of happy hour has gone up a lot since my last visit and it's now more priced like a proper upper end restaurant. Spending 1800 for one pasta one appetizer and one quesadilla with happy hour drinks 4 cocktails was a surprise for me. They also have implemented a 7% vat when before everything was net.
