No frill french (and thai) food
Food - high quality french food (I am also surprised). Steak and foie gras is very well executed. Chef previously works at Sukhothai hotel and graduated from Lausanne. So its a real proper french restaurant.
Price - prob 10% - 15% cheaper than the proper french restaurant.
Service and ambience - well, its a no frill french restaurant ie you can come in shorts and flip-flops. Dont expect any proper attentive services.

Read moreI’ve been coming to this place over the many years visiting Bangkok. The best dish I had was the first time when he had a special with steak and foie! Delicious.
Tonight I had a coconut shake, not on the menu but they accommodated me, lobster bisque, and sirloin steak.
The bisque has some tiny pieces of vegetables, which was different for me. The sauce for the steak was an Asian flavor. I still prefer my peppercorn or beurre blanc sauce.

They also have Thai dishes and even Indian. The chef worked before in big hotels and you can see that in the multiple pictures hanging on the walls.
