I have enter the cafe First But I never been serve first
Instead they serve other customers after me
Have to wait for at least 2 hours for watching lion
after I order the meal payment done,
They came and tell me food no more Wanted to change other item that I want all sold out again
Can’t refund ask to change to other item that match the price
After which they mentioned to other customer they bought 500 they have a free lion toy
I Was ask to sit at the smoking area With alot of fly while you having your meal and people smoking
Ask staff whether can change to aircon area Staff told me that “when there’s available seat they will change for me”
But when there’s available seat, they move new customer in the aircon area instead.
Speak with manager mr Zheng About the issue
He mentioned about they have open meeting the day before with their staff regarding the issue. Outdoor have a lot of fly due to next door is a chicken farm.
And he mention he will change my seat when there’s available
Check with manager again how much does it need to get free toy he mention $600
Order another $300 To get the keychain
After order again
Was wondering why the order not yet come
They don’t have the item again Other customer order after me have the drink But mine was told ”staff that make drink go home no one can make a drink?”

Read moreAt this establishment, customers are allowed to pay 300 THB to purchase two drinks, after which they can interact with lion cubs for a brief period. The lion cubs are constantly disturbed by customers, and this continuous exposure to human interaction is clearly detrimental to their well-being. Additionally, the loud music that is played throughout the day in their enclosure only adds to their stress, further compromising their mental and physical health.
The space provided for the lion cubs is incredibly small, and they are rarely given time to rest. Aside from a brief lunch break, these cubs are subjected to nonstop handling by customers. It is well-known that big cats, especially at a young age, require ample time for rest and sleep, and this constant disruption is cruel and irresponsible.
Moreover, I was disturbed to see the condition of the meerkats at the cafe. These animals are confined to a tiny, isolated cage, which is a clear violation of their social nature. Meerkats are highly social creatures and should live in groups, not solitary confinement. Separating them in this manner is likely to cause them significant psychological distress, potentially leading to depression or other behavioral issues.
The cafe also keeps a raccoon that exhibits severe signs of distress, including compulsive walking back and forth—a clear indication of obsessive-compulsive behavior, likely due to the stress of its environment.
This place should be shut down as soon as possible, as well as its other location in Bangkok, which operates under the same harmful business model. These practices are unacceptable and must be addressed for the sake of the...
Read moreI thought this was going to be a sanctuary-like place, but it’s completely commercial and exploitative. The lion is kept in a tiny room, surrounded by crowds (mostly Chinese tourists), and the line to enter is extremely long. The lion looked exhausted, dazed, and possibly sedated. People take turns petting it while it repeatedly tries to escape, only to be dragged back by staff over and over again. It’s treated like a photo prop, not a living creature. It’s cruel and inhumane. I can’t imagine a lion spending its entire life like this, being forced to take pictures, day after day, for hours on end.
Inside the same room, other animals are kept in cramped cages with no space to move. One by one, they are pulled out just for photos. It broke my heart to see them suffer like this.
Please don’t support this kind of business. This is not an animal sanctuary—it’s just a cruel photo op masked as a “café.” Animals deserve better. Don’t go. It’s not worth it for some...
