D.M.C Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Krabi Province

We came because we had been reccomendes to come, and I'm glad we did! We entered at 10pm, when they closed 30 minutes later, and we were very surprised they didnt say no. Not only did they welcome us in, the service was unlike anything I've had in Thailand. Our server checked on us to be sure our food was okay, which is very uncommon practice, and he was extremely attentive. The lady we spoke to was also very nice, which always makes deciding on a restaurant much easier. I had the Beef Ragu and my boyfriend had the Chicken Satay and some fries. Both decent portions, came out together (I wouldn't have minded either way, but still, less common) and we're honestly delicious! To top it off, they also have table top games you can play, which comes in flux while waiting for your food. We played connect 4, but I took a picture of others they have! New fave spot on the island. I like veggies and pasta. This place has me covered! The best hummus I’ve ever had… love that it comes with veggies and baked tortilla chips. Other places have hummus but it doesn’t come with vegetables which is the ideal mode of transportation of hummus. They have a wiiiide variety of wraps and salads. Some things weren’t available but luckily I had many things I wanted to eat so it was no problem finding a replacement. I got the mango bacon avo salad. While the restaurant seemed vibrant and the patrons happy, I was quickly made aware of the poor service and food quality of this restaurant. The food that was received was average at best, and to add insult to injury, the restaurant attempted to not honour their promotion of “all pastas 120 THB” after I ordered a lasagna. Only Once the plate was infront of me was I informed this did not fall under the “pasta” category (says enough about their knowledge) even though it was also on the pastas page.
