OMG!!!!!! BEST FOOD IN KRABI!!!!!
Let's start with the menu. SO MANY OPTIONS!! If you like only having 1 option on the standard menu you're going to be upset about having so many good options. It's an indecisive vegans nightmare. Everything is vegan, a lot of GF and/or onion free options. And it all looks great. Fusion of local and foreign cuisines.
The staff are as friendly as Thai locals get, which I probably needn't tell you is extremely friendly. They gave us advice on the foods we ordered, and brought each dish as the last finished.
Finally the food - strap in Mango smoothy: Delicious, nice and creamy, with a good amount of mango and vegan whipped cream (soy based). I ant another just thinking about it.
Golden mushrooms: If you're a fan of mushrooms, fresh batter, and deep fried food this is a must try. I don't even know what kind of sauce it was but it was the bomb!
Chofu fries: It feels healthier than it is. I thought they were great but my partner has reservations about the naked fry (no sauce) we both agreed that the hommus/tahini dipping sauce was fantastic. If you're open minded give it a try.
Fried Lotus Root: Yum! If you've never had a lotus chip before don't let this be your first, you'll never enjoy a regular lotus chip after this. At this stage we were dunking in the hommus/tahini cause it was amazing, but the fresh batter on the lotus root was wonderful.
Hawian Burger: I didn't know this before eating the burger, but cauliflower, pineapple tomato and lettuce are a beautiful combination on a burger. I think my partner chose the best main on the first try.
Tom Yum Pizza: let me start by saying I'm not normally a tom yum person (too watery) I thought pizza dough would make tom yum better, and it almost made it great. As usual it was a bit too runny for my liking. Flavours were great though if it was just a bit thicker I think I would have loved it. If you like tom yum give it a go a decide for your self.
Thank you if you read all the way through.
I'm actually sad I won't get another go at this restaurant. It's the only place on our trip I wanted to give a second try because I'm certain it's the best food in Krabi. I absolutely...
Read moreOk so as a long time plant eater and traveller I was delighted to see a fully plant based place in Krabi.
So let's start with the positives. It is all plant based and there is an extensive menu to choose from.
Air-conditioning, lovely staff. Everything I had was super fresh. Negatives for me were the lack of atmosphere, no music and it feels a bit quiet and still inside. I also found the menu a bit pricey for what they were offering. And what they are offering is good.. but it's nothing out of the ordinary that warrants the price. It feels like the old trope, "well it's plant based so therefore it costs more" it shouldn't but it does.
I've eaten in many places in Krabi that are not plant based but will do you plant based options. One is infact just down the same road. And it's a fraction of the price.
Good food at plantetarian, tasty, fresh and perfect for you if you don't mind paying for it.
The Dish I...

It was empty when we got there, and we saw some staff but they didn't come to greet us as we walked in because they were sitting on their phones. The rest of the service was a nice standard friendly service, but for the duration of the evening we could only hear the videos that the staff were watching behind the counter.
The atmosphere was also quite disappointing because there was no music being played, which factored in to us only being able to hear the workers' phones. The rest of the seating and decor was fine, but the ambience was off because of the lack of music.
Nonetheless the food was quite good. Lots of options from quite a few different styled cuisines. The cauliflower burger was good, and was a nice substitute from other meat alternatives. It was however still a bit more expensive compared to...
