Small and overcrowded space. The store is tiny, and the number of customers exceeds its capacity. My friends and I had to stand in line for half an hour without even a chair to sit on. There’s no proper queue management system, and the staff seemed utterly confused about who came first, causing chaos and inconvenience. Terrible service mind. The staff showed no friendliness, no smiles, and even acted annoyed with customers. The worst offender was the manager (a female staff wearing a red shirt), who was outright rude and inattentive. It felt like we were begging for service rather than being treated as customers.

The experience at this branch was extremely disappointing and unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. If things don’t improve, I will definitely not...
