The restaurant is trashed based on food quality, staff management, and staff attitude.
First, the food (mango rice and Thai bubble milk tea) was not fresh. The sour mango sticky rice is served in small portions and packaged in a plastic box, and the food appears to have been stored for a long time. The fact that the bubbles in the bubble tea were stuck together indicates that they were cooked a long time ago.
Second, the staff management is the worst because we chose to dine in and the mango sticky rice is supposed to be served on a plate not a plastic box, because the plastic box portion is smaller than the plate but they are the same price. When you dine in, I recommend that you confirm whether the mango sticky rice is pretend on plate before you begin eating it.
Third, the staff attitude is poor. They are not polite for the service when we only order a few items. As previously stated, they serve the mango sticky rice in a plastic box not on a plate. This is disrespectful to the customer. When we go to a restaurant, customers prefer it to have good service and a pleasant atmosphere, but the restaurant did not provide this.
Finally, I recommend the company if you want to run a successful and continuous business. You should select a management team that can assist you in managing quality and...
Read moreWas first in the queue waiting to order a singular croissant for about 10 minutes, whilst the staff - in the middle of a busy period (and in an airport where people have to rush to flights) were cashing up the tills and filling bags of cash. Out of 6 staff members behind the desk, not a single one was serving customers. A customer was complaining because she had been overcharged and her food had not been delivered, and it was already the second time she asked again. The cafe was packed and children were screaming. By the time I was finally about to be served, the cashier asked people to queue from a different direction and a woman cut in front of me, and the staff still served her despite having been seeing my face for the last 10 minutes at the front of the queue. I finally ordered my croissant (thinking it was a relatively safe choice) and it was inedibly disgusting. The middle was so dry it stuck in my mouth and despite it costing €160 baht plus 17% in VAT and SERVICE CHARGE (?? What service). It appears to have been at least two days old and completely holds its shape when pressed on. I ended up giving up and throwing it out. Waste of time and money. My worst airport food experience in an airport where I have had a fair number of bad...
Read moreI recently visited this restaurant, which is located within the restricted area of the airport. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. The management was lacking, as I had to wait in a 5-minute queue outside for takeout, only to be informed by the staff that I had to order at my seat. Although I was lucky enough to find a seat quickly, the restaurant didn't have enough staff, and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for someone to take my order.
Furthermore, the food quality was not up to par, especially for a location in Thailand. I ordered an American breakfast, but it appeared to be instant food reheated in a microwave.
To make matters worse, some Chinese tourists were being extremely loud and demanding towards the staff, which disrupted the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. I believe it's the staff's responsibility to maintain a comfortable environment for all.
Update: I experienced diarrhea after eating at this restaurant. Although there is no evidence that the food is unclean, I personally do not recommend...
