Me and my friends were interested because the storefront looked professional and clearly advertised how world class the experience would be, plus it had a Michelin guide mark as well, so we had a try. We ordered one Whipping Mousse Thai Milk Tea Caviar, one Chappuchino, one Lakkaithong Milk Tea for 195 THB each (about $6). Despite costing the same, only the caviar had decent substance and flavor plus two kinds of boba/crunchy balls in it. The other two tasted very bland and had too much ice in them; when we finished there were still 2/3 cups of ice left. It managed to taste almost like diluted Chatramue while costing 5 times more and had only half the amount. The price/ performance is unbelievably abysmal. Plus, the staff who served us had the most unbothered and robotic look on her face. After taking the order, she didn't care to tell us whether to wait at the counter or the table until we had to ask, and she didn't even speak in polite Thai. If the tea may not be up to expectation because it was an airport outlet, we would have at least expected better service.

Good job. No matter how polite you are, staffs are be like a walking dead , no smile no passion, I don’t blame for the passion but why do we have to stand for your rudeness while purchasing your food?
Housekeeping: not much needed to be said, see my attached photos, all tables aren’t cleared, you want to have a table then do it yourself by pushing all those trash to aside n eat with those trash next to you. Worst airport eating experience ever. Please hire more ppl🙃 I see there are only 2 staffs n need to make tea and shaved ice to all passengers, can understand why they have long face but I don’t want to be the one who suffer

I asked about the size of dessert and when I asked if I needed to add pearl on my tea if I wanted, she said you can added so I said yes but she didn't let me know that already included in the drink until one staff outside informed me so I canceled add on.
